The Life of...well, me!

Wow....It's been a while since I've posted! Sorry about that....I've just been super busy! I got a job a couple of months, and with school as well, my life has been super busy! But since I have a little free time, I'll let y'all know a little bit more about me. :)

This is my sister Stephanie and her fiance! Yeah, it's weird to say he's her...betrothed. Haha, his name is Quincy, and he's basically like a brother to me....in every obnoxious, annoying, taunting brotherly way. He's not too bad SOMETIMES though....and in June he'll be officially my brother! Weird. O_o

 

This is my brother Daniel and his girlfriend Jenny. They've been dating for over three years! It's weird to think that it's been that long.....anyway, Jenny is really cool. :) She's going to be Stephanie's bridesmaid in her wedding, in which I will be Maid of Honor!! I'm super excited!! I'm not sure when Daniel and Jenny are getting married...probably not for a long time...but hey, no need to hurry. :)

 

 

This is my other brother David. He and Daniel are twins, although they are completely different in every way possible. Daniel is super athletic and sings and plays the guitar and drums. David on the other hand is very smart and loves all things academic. He is also four inches taller than Daniel...it's quite strange, but hey! Who ever said my family was normal? ;)


I have another brother, but I don't have a picture of him....he's 15. So basically my family is huge and crazy, and usually we all want to kill each other, but hey, what family doesn't? ;)







Now I'll tell you a little bit about my friends. I'll start off with my bestest friend in the whole wide world! You've already seen a picture of her, but I shall put up another one just for fun. :)

This is us being our usual bad self on the back of our history teacher's motorcycle...yes, we are wearing khaki skirts. -_- We went to a school that required the girls to wear these hideous skirts. Anyway...This is my best friend Taylor. :) We've been best friends for over.....let's see, I believe it's been ten years now!! Crazy. O_o We've had some great memories together; from exploring the creek to chasing horses around a field to swimming in a frog infested pond during a hot summer day, we've definitely had some good times. :) Below are a few pictures of just us being goofballs. ;)

Now, I'll tell you about my boyfriend. :) We've only been dating for two months, and I'm very blessed to have him in my life! He's a close friend of Taylor's as well, and in fact she's the one who helped coached him into asking me to go out with him! Haha, I don't know what I would do without that girl. ;) But anyway, here's a couple of pictures of us.

He is really an awesome guy! I'm so lucky to have such great friends like him and Taylor. :)

In the first picture is Me on the left, then Taylor, then a good friend who's name is Nabil, and then the last girl on the right hand side is named Alexis!
In the second picture is Taylor and I on the outside and Nabil in the middle...That was a fun day. :)

Motto from a kid's movie.

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a while...been super busy with school. Anyway, I just wanted to share something that was important to me. Any of you guys ever watch this movie as a kid?

 

 

Yeah, definitely a classic. :) Well anyway, a famous saying from that movie made by Thumper, Bambi's best friend, was "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all." Every time I feel tempted to say something that is rude or mean, I remind myself that there are better things to worry about than just what someone has said or done to me. Thank you Thumper. :) You still know what you're talkin' about!

Little blond person.

This little girl is one of my favorite people at my church! Her name is Calissa, but I call her little blond person. :) Every time I go to church, she always runs up to me and gives me a hug! And then promptly asks to play on my iPhone...haha, but overall she is a very, very sweet little girl. :)

Just another day in my crazy life.

Today was crazy. Working at a pool as a lifeguard can be a little stressful. For one, you have those annoying kids who will ignore your whistling, and when they finally realize you're talking to them, will look at you for a minute and then go right back to doing whatever it was they were doing. So frustrating!! And then you have those adults who will do almost the same thing! Oh well....at least the pay is good! And I'm making some new friends, which is always nice. :) Anyway, after working for over seven hours, I get home and my mom decides to make me go get pizza....I had already changed into my pajamas, and I didn't want to put on different clothes....so those pizza guys got a good look at me in sweat pants and an oversized tshirt without makeup on and my hair a mess....haha, I just hope I never see them ever again! After pizza I got home and me and Mom have been watching the Olympics for the past few hours. Yep, that's my day! Crazy and full of never ending surprises!

I don't really take a lot of pictures...but while I was in Colorado for my family vacation, I saw this beautiful flower in between all of these rocks, and I just found it amazing that this one little flower could survive where nothing else was growing. Another testament of how great my God is. :) Only He could make this possible!
